MISSION
The primary mission of the Black Acting Methods Society is to educate, re-educate, recuperate and disseminate the vast contributions of Africans and African Americans to the field of performing arts.
The B.A.M. Society is a knowledge-based and knowledge-driven organization. This means that Society members are dedicated to attaining knowledge primarily through reading, group discussion, master classes, and observations.
Inductees of the Society will gain FREE access to the expertise of the Studio instructors for an entire academic year (2021-2022) as they make a commitment to charter a chapter of the Black Acting Methods Society at their current institution.
Possibility of induction and participation in the Society is open to students of all heritages, races, and cultures.
